YOUTH EMPOWERMENT

Empowered Youth is the Strong Next Generation.

We all know that youth are the next generation; in order to have the next strong society of we have to empower the youth today! Tanzania has a median age of 18 years old and alomost 65 percent of our population are youth below 35 years of age. Youth have visions and are ambitious and passionate in making their dreams come true so they require proper assistance. At PAIC we understand that youth in under privileged communities direct their energies in purposeless activities so we have prepared a strategy to empower youth to identify their potential and capacitate them to channel their energies to aid economic growth and nation building.

Skill Empowerment

Tanzania's population is comprised of about 65 percent youth, and these youth are the major contributor of labor force. If energies of these youth are channelled into right socio-economic activities we can reap much benefits in our community economic development. However, youth are being under utilized because most of them lack proper requirements for employment. PAIC provide a special skill development training to capacitate youth with skills that enable them to participate in economic development activities.

Fish Keeping Training

The city of Mwanza is known for its exportation of Tilapia fish across the world. We strategically prepared a training program for youth especially from the less privileged communities to participate in fish keeping capacity building. PAIC is preparing a fish farm in which youth will be trained, supported and later employed in fish farms which means improved livelihood. PAIC calls upon esteemed partners in combining forces to implement the project to empower the youth for sustainable development.
